How does it work with QisstPay?
When customer choose the product, and proceed to checkout where he/she will choose QisstPay as payment option. Customer will rout to Qisstpay portal to complete the transaction. After adding the phone number, customer will receive the OTP on SMS. After putting OTP, this plan should be matched which he/she choose at the time of checkout. If everything is in order, they can add their credit/debit card details to complete purchase.
When will the customer be refunded after a cancellation or return?
After the return/cancellation, your customer will be able to see the refunded amount back in the Original card they used for purchase and any due payment related to it cancelled. This usually takes between 14-21 working days depending on the customer's bank.
Will the customer’s PayPak, Union Pay or International Card work for this?
No, Only MasterCard and VISA cards are acceptable.
*Any unauthorized use of the virtual card will be considered theft and/or fraud, and will be declined and or reversed and may lead to deactivation of your account, among other remedies to which QisstPay may be entitled.
7 Days Exchange Policy:
If you want to exchange the product you will get Online store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 7 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 7 days of purchase.
3 Days Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return the product, you will get the same amount (minus shipping costs) in your given bank account details within 7-10 working days.
- If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount (minus shipping costs) will be credited back to your bank account.
- If you pay through Cash on Delivery then its mandatory to provide details of your Bank / EasyPaisa / JazzCash account. The refunded amount (minus shipping costs) will be credited back to your mentioned account.
Note: No requests will be entertained after 3 days of purchase.
Conditions for Refund & Exchange:
- Unworn/unused items can be exchanged/refund with their original receipt & tag.
- No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on discounted products / clearance Sale.
- If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
- All prices are fixed and inclusive of taxes.
- Items will be sent back after request is approved through courier. Shipping costs will not be part of the exchange or claim.
Shipping costs will only be refunded for purchases if:
- The item was damaged when received by the customer
- The wrong item was delivered
- In all other cases you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Currently we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.

How long does it take to process my refund / exchange?
Once you notify us that you would like a replacement. We will process your request within 48 hours. Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. If it complies with our refund / exchange policy, we will refund / exchange your product with in 7 working days.
