Rigout Store 3 Days Checking & Replacement Policy:

Any brand new product can be return for replacement within 3 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all orders above Rs 500/- PKR .

  • In case you are delivered the wrong product.
  • In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.

 

Conditions for Replacement:

To complete replacement of your product, the product should be:

  • Undamaged, unused and in the condition in which it was received
  • The parcel must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  • The product must be returned for replacement in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. 
  • Delivery charges will be charged whenever you request for replacement.

How long does it take to process my replacement?

Once you notify us that you would like a replacement. We will process your request within 24 hours. If it complies with our replacement policy, we will replace your product with in 7 working days.
