7 Days Exchange Policy:

If you want to exchange the product you will get Online store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 7 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 7 days of purchase.

3 Days Refund Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return the product, you will get the same amount (minus shipping costs) in your given bank account details within 7-10 working days.

If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount (minus shipping costs) will be credited back to your bank account.
If you pay through Cash on Delivery then its mandatory to provide details of your Bank / EasyPaisa / JazzCash account. The refunded amount (minus shipping costs) will be credited back to your mentioned account.

Note: No requests will be entertained after 3 days of purchase.

Conditions for Refund & Exchange:

Unworn/unused items can be exchanged/refund with their original receipt & tag.
No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on discounted products / clearance Sale.
If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
All prices are fixed and inclusive of taxes.
Items will be sent back after request is approved through courier. Shipping costs will not be part of the exchange or claim.

Shipping costs will only be refunded for purchases if:

The item was damaged when received by the customer
The wrong item was delivered
In all other cases you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.

Receive a damaged item?

How long does it take to process my refund / exchange?

Once you notify us that you would like a replacement. We will process your request within 48 hours. Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. If it complies with our refund / exchange policy, we will refund / exchange your product with in 7 working days.

What is online store credit?

Online Store Credit means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.

SCAM ALERT

BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, PLEASE GO THROUGH THIS GENUINE STORY.

I ordered a watch on 26th of march. I was going forward with COD but he (the guy handling whatsapp) insisted that if I do prior payment, I'll get a discount. I told him that I read a bad review regarding the delivery side of things and he said "sir voh eid ki wajah se masla hua tha" jabke the review was older. I still let it go and sent the amount.

Till then he was replying to me back and forth. After the payment, they're gone. I've literally been "begging" to get a "tracking id". First he said "I'm sending in a while". Then he started ignoring and delaying things. He said "ham 3pl karty hain shipment nikal gayi hui jab tak apky city me nahi ati tab tk tracking id hamein nhi pata chalti to mje pata lagygi to mai btadunga"

I even said "review dena reh gia hai bas". I'm a social media manager myself, you just can give this shit to me "ham 3pl hai tracking id nahi hoti".

After a few weeks, they said "sir hamari courier comapny se masla hogia tha ab new hire kia hai I'm sending you a tracking id again" (after I texted them from another instagram account). They gave me the tracking id on 6th april and till date, the parcel is still not collected by the courier company @instaworld.pk . I've asked them directly 3-4 times over a period of time. Kabhi kehty hai islamabad band tha kabi kehty hai lockdown tha. excuses and excuses.

And now these frauds are again not replying. I submitted 5200 pkr to Syed Muhammad Ahsan Zaida who's most probably the owner. Paisa chahy 5000 ho ya 50, har banda haram nahi kama rha hota, please save your earned money from these Scams.

Sab kuch attach nahi ker skta as i have ton of screenshots. (i even received an email from them asking for a review so here it is)
